Intel vs. amd???

I believe you are going to buy a dual core processor. The main competition exists between Intel Core2 Duo and AMD Athlon X2. Intel Dual Core (not Core2 Duo) is crap and you should not go for it. Until recently, Intel was unable to compete with AMD. But with the advent of Core2 Duo Processors Intel is giving good fight to the increasing market of AMD.

You can buy processors starting from Rs.3000/- to Rs.20000/-. Now it all comes up to the investment you are going to make. If you can afford to buy best motherboard and the best processor, you would be spending a huge sum of money on something that you won’t really need at this point of time.

So find out what motherboards are available in the market (company +model name) and processor options you have. I would personally suggest you to think of Intel ... when you plan a budget, forget Intel and buy AMD. You will generally get a better deal buying a higher AMD processor in the price of Intel.

However saying that go for Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 (3.0GHz) or above if you can afford it. BUT do remember you should search for a good motherboard too. Also you need a RAM running at higher FSB. Just adding huge quantity of RAM won’t give you best performance.
You can post what items are available in your area and I WD advice which should be the best buy.

2. After 5 second, you will hear some funny noise (like sound from TV when the station is finished).

3. Once the noise stops, immediately dial 9151 follow by your phone number.

4. A recorded message "please insert your pin number" will follow.

5. Punch in the pin number 011785 45227 00734" and wait for the operator finish repeating the above pin number.

6. After the pin number has been repeat, dial “0405-for NTC, 404-for SPICE".

7. You will hear a message "for air time top-up press 1723" you just have to follow the instruction.

8. After you follow the instruction, the noisy sound will re-appear for about 5 second.

9. Once the noise stop, dial "** 4455147 " follow by “146 "

10. After about 5 second, dial "** 1918 " after 3 second dial “4451 "

11. After you done that, punch in the serial number “

12. 01174452271145527" you will hear dial tone.

13. Once the dialing tone stops, dial “55524785933” you will hear “please key in your password".

14. The password is "2+253+7891*+ 546322 " wait for the message "your password accepted".

15. You will hear “please insert your emey number” now you have to be fast to dial your own h/phone number.

16. You will hear a dialing tone, when the call is answered; dial “1566” and you will hear "re-confirm emery number".

17. Once you hear that message, dial " 6011556 2245334 follow by your h/phone number".

18. After a while, you will hear a message "your pin number is accepted" you have to dial” 1007 ".

19. After you done that you will hear "your emery number is accepted".

20. Continue dial “4566” you will hear "your password is accepted".

21. Once the second message finish, immediately dial your own h/phone number.

=Folder Options Missing=

Open Run and then type "gpedit.msc".

Now go to User Configuration > Administrative templates > Windows Component > Windows Explorer.

Click on Windows Explorer you will find the 3rd option on the right side of screen "Removes the Folder Option menu item from the Tools menu"

Just check it, if it is not configured then change it to enable by double clicking on it and after applying again set it to not configure.

There are entire nations that are still struggling socially, politically and financially, and these places lack the resources to make full use of these modern wonders. For nations looking to join modern society and thrive in the global community, these Information and Communication Technologies must be understood, implemented and used effectively. Development through ICTs is one of the most effective ways for nations to join the global community.

Of course as you can well imagine, that takes a lot of support from experts who are already doing this in other places. This is where organizations like the Global e-schools and Communities Initiative comes in.

GeSCI was established in 2004, founded by the UN ICT Task Force. The United Nations ICT task force approved a proposal for a UN affiliated organization to provide demand-driven assistance to developing countries seeking to utilize the tremendous potential ICT’s have for improving the quality of teaching and learning in primary and secondary education.

Connectivity between two computers

In this article we will discuss the different methods of connectivity between two computers.

USB cable

USB ports can power up certain devices and transfer the data at the same time. There are four cables inside the USB cable and two of them are used for power and two for data transfer. The USB standards use A and B connectors to avoid confusion and comparatively the connectivity between the computers through the USB cables doesn’t provide the fast speed. The speed also depends on the quality of the cable, operating system, protocols, network devices, CPU and other electronic components.

Ethernet Straight & Crossover Cables

The most commonly used method of the connectivity between the LAN computers is through the Ethernet cables. Ethernet is a local area network communication standard. The common types of the Ethernet cables are straight cables, cross over cable and roll over cable. Straight cable is used to connect a computer with the hub or switch, cross over cable is used to connect two computers directly without hub or switch or cross over cable is used to connect two hubs or switches with each other. Roll over cable is used to connect a computer with a Router’s console port.

Bluetooth Personal Area Network (PAN)

Bluetooth Personal Area Network is a technology that is used to create an Ethernet network with wireless links between mobile computers. In a Personal Area network up to eight computers, mobile devices such as mobile phones and PDA etc can be connected. A notebook with built in Bluetooth radio can be connected with a desktop computer, which is equipped with an external Bluetooth dongle.

Wireless (Wi-Fi) ad-hoc network

Wireless network communication is possible through the IEEE Wireless 802.11b/g also called Wi-Fi or wireless Ethernet. The computers that are equipped with wireless LAN cards can send and receive the communication signals to and from the access points. 400 Gb Of Data On A Single Blu-ray Disc

400 GB of data on a single disc. Seems to be quite amusing for some while some would say that it will take time to achieve it. But Japanese electronics giant Pioneer has made it possible. Pioneer has developed world's first 16-layer blu-ray disc, squeezing 25 GB of data on each layer thus totaling to an amazing figure of 400GB.

The currently commercially available blu-ray discs have the storage capacity of 25 GB. Those having two layers can store 50 GB of data. The problem in developing multiple layers disc have been to obtain a clear and stable signal from each recording layer. The frequently visited problems were crosstalk from adjacent layers and transmission loss. Pioneer managed to overcome these issues and developed a disc structure that reduces crosstalk from adjacent layers. Finally it came with a 16-layer optical disc that can play back high-quality signals from each layer.

The good news is that these high capacity discs are backward-compatible and will play on blu-ray disc players. These discs can be read using the same objective lens in current Blu-ray drives. Video game publishers and movie studios can use these discs to take more content on a single disc.

With the development of this technology, Pioneer is putting a green spin on the development. Discs with such enormous capacities mean fewer resources are consumed to deliver the same data or movies on Blu-ray media. For consumers, the main advantage of this technology is the chances of renting an entire season of a television show or collection of movies on a single disc. No need of disc-swapping.
